How do I open Tend?

Tend lives in the menu bar, not the Dock. Hover the breathing-rings icon and the panel drops down.

It did not open after install.

Tend is a menu-bar app with no Dock icon. Look at the top-right menu bar for the breathing-rings icon.

Is my data private?

Yes. Tend reads only local system metrics on this Mac. Nothing is uploaded, tracked, or shared. There is no account and no network request. See the Privacy Policy.

The battery health row is missing.

Battery health only appears on Macs with a battery. Desktop Macs have no battery to report.

The weekly card says it is gathering data.

That is normal on a fresh install. It fills in over the first week of use.

How do I get a refund?

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by Bailuo Studio. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Apple ID purchase history.
